Use email summaries, the dashboard, and Google Calendar booking

Your team receives call information by email and app push, with transcripts and recordings in the dashboard. For appointments, choose Google Calendar booking or details for a staff callback.

Call alerts

Receive a summary, urgency tag, transcript, and recording after each call.

Dashboard review

Check calls, recordings, usage, and settings in one place.

Appointment choice

Book into Google Calendar or collect details for your team's callback.
More detail

The current workflow gives staff the call record they need to take the next step. Email and app push alerts bring the summary to your team, while the dashboard lets you review transcripts and recordings. A daily email digest also gathers the day's call information.

Google Calendar booking is available for offices that choose that appointment workflow. When staff need to check a practice-management schedule themselves, select callback intake instead. Read the booking workflow details before deciding which approach to test. The receptionist's calendar booking does not update your dental practice software.

Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and other dental software: current status

Direct connections are not live for Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, Denticon, or NexHealth. If your office uses one of these, staff enter relevant call information themselves.

Dentrix and Eaglesoft

Neither has a direct connection to our receptionist at launch.

Open Dental and Curve Dental

Staff enter call details manually in these systems.

Denticon and NexHealth

Direct connections are not available for either product today.
More detail

For Dentrix, the current approach is staff entry from call summaries. Eaglesoft has the same status: no direct connection is live. Open Dental and Curve Dental also require your team to move relevant information from the message into its office workflow.

For Denticon and NexHealth, direct connections are likewise not available. We do not read their schedules or write appointment changes into them. Tell us which software you use and which task you want a future connection to handle. We plan direct connections according to demand, without promising a release date for a named product.

Review the message, then enter it in your office software

Your staff reviews the call summary, checks the details in your office software, and enters what is needed. Callback intake keeps appointment confirmation with your team when that fits your workflow.
  1. Review the request

Read the summary and consult the transcript for added context.
  2. Check your schedule

Have staff confirm practice-software availability before returning appointment calls.
  3. Enter the details

Move relevant information into your own system through staff entry.
More detail

For a fictional rescheduling request from Sam, your receptionist can take a message rather than book. A staff member reviews the summary, checks the office's appointment system, and returns the call. That gives your team a clear manual task without assuming the receptionist can see the dental schedule.

Use the transcript or recording when you need to check what Sam actually requested. Insurance questions still need staff review, and clinical questions go to your clinician. Our HIPAA position is the pending status (no business associate agreement is in place); until that status is set, do not use protected health information. Test with invented patient details.

Tell us which software task you need handled

We plan direct connections based on demand, so your software and the task you need help with matter. Describe the manual work your front desk would want a connection to handle.

Name your software

Tell us which product your office uses for daily work.

Describe the task

Explain whether you need appointment handling or another specific workflow.

Plan for today

Choose the service using its current features and connection limits.
More detail

Send your software request to [email protected] with the product name and a concrete task. For example, explain that staff must check the practice schedule before returning a booking request. That tells us more about your needs than a product name alone.

Direct connections are planned according to demand. We have no launch date to give for the named dental systems on this page. Evaluate today's call intake, messages, and booking choices through the browser call demo, then request a free trial for office onboarding; we email your sign-in link when your trial is ready so you can set up a workable process for your office.

Quick answers

Does the receptionist read my Dentrix or Eaglesoft schedule?

No. Direct connections to those systems are not live, so the receptionist does not read their appointment schedules. Your team can use call summaries to check requests and enter details manually. Choose callback intake when staff need to confirm availability in your dental software.

What appointment booking is available right now?

Your receptionist can book appointments into Google Calendar or take details for a callback. Google Calendar booking does not update your practice-management schedule. Decide which workflow fits your staff's process, then make a test call before using forwarding for your office's live calls.

Can summaries go straight into Open Dental or Curve Dental?

There is no direct connection to either product at launch. Your staff reviews the email or dashboard summary and enters relevant details in its own system. Transcripts and recordings are available to help check the caller's wording before your team completes that manual step.

What about Denticon and NexHealth?

Direct connections to Denticon and NexHealth are not available today. Let us know which product you use and the specific task you need handled. We plan future connections by demand, so assess the service using the call handling and message workflow currently available.

How can my staff get call details without a software connection?

The receptionist sends an email and app push alert for each call with a summary, urgency tag, transcript, and recording. Staff can also review calls in the dashboard and receive a daily email digest. Your team enters relevant information into its practice software manually.
