Using the demo

Pick a scenario and use your microphone to talk, or type if you prefer. Each demo call lasts three minutes, with no signup needed for the fictional office. The receptionist starts with its virtual-assistant and recording notices, then asks about the request.

Give a made-up name and describe the situation in your own words. Try asking a follow-up question or changing from English to Spanish. When the conversation ends, look at the owner view to compare the message with what you said. Listen for useful intake questions and a clear handoff to the dental team. You can review the service plan after trying the conversation.

What the owner gets

The owner view shows the call summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording, plus the booking or on-call routing outcome for the scenario. Compare that result with the request you made. Check whether an office team member would know what to do next.

For a booking call, inspect the appointment details. For an urgent scenario, look at the routing outcome and the information intended for the on-call person. The fictional demo illustrates that handoff; it is not an emergency service. In your own office setup, call alerts arrive by email and app push, and call records are available in the dashboard. Use the transcript and recording to check the context behind the shorter summary.

Use your business

Enter your business name and website to hear a receptionist using your own office information. This personalized version needs your email. The AI reads the site you provide, giving you a starting point for testing how it answers as your business.

Keep the test focused on public office information and fictional caller details. Ask about your opening hours or a service listed on your website, then check the answer. Your live setup also includes an onboarding chat where you set booking preferences and urgent routing. When the conversation fits your needs, request a free trial; we email your sign-in link when your trial is ready so you can supply those instructions.

Your public website is read once to set up a short demo call as your business. One demo per email per day.

Demo privacy

You are speaking with an AI in the demo. Calls are recorded and transcribed to show the result. Use fictional names and requests, and do not share patient records, sensitive details or protected health information.

Quick answers

Do I need an account or card to try the demo?

The fictional office demo needs no signup, and you can try its three-minute calls in your browser. Personalizing the demo with your business name and website requires your email. Requesting a free service trial is a separate step, with a card required before call forwarding goes live.

Can I try it without using my microphone?

Yes. You can type instead of speaking in the browser demo. Choose a fictional scenario and enter the caller's request, then inspect the result. Use the microphone when you want to hear the voice conversation and assess the pace of the receptionist's questions.

Can I test an insurance question or recall booking?

Yes. Both are included among the six fictional scenarios. Ask a new patient's insurance question to hear how it is noted for the office without a coverage decision. For recall booking, check the appointment information collected and the next step shown in the owner view.

Is this demo suitable for a real dental emergency?

No. It demonstrates call handling for a fictional office and is not an emergency service. Call 911 for a medical emergency. The swelling scenario uses invented details to show the ER or 911 instruction and office alert, rather than providing diagnosis or treatment advice.

How do I move from the demo to my own office?

Request a free trial by email; we email your sign-in link when your trial is ready. Use it to complete the onboarding chat and provide your website. Set your hours, services, booking choice and on-call instructions. A forwarding guide and test call help you check your receptionist before real office calls reach it.
